Moving to Annandale

Annandale, MN welcomes you and your family to the quaint little city surrounded by lakes and beautiful golf courses. Annandale is northwest of the Twin Cities just off of Interstate 94 near several larger cities. Annandale is part of the Annandale Independent School District #876. There are four schools in the district which includes the Community Education center for Early Childhood and Family Education, the Bendix Elementary School for grades K-4, the Annandale Middle School for grades 5-8, and the Annandale High School for grades 9-15. Annandale is always looking to develop economically in ways to boost the economy and small businesses. Because the city is growing and needs to meet the needs of all people, there are ways you can go about doing so. Some of the areas to familiarize yourself with would include the Annandale Business Park located in Wright County, covering over 40 acres of land, and the Annandale Business Park Available Lots. Annandale has three very beautiful golf courses in the area for those who enjoy a round of golf. The Albion Ridges Golf Course is a public golf course located at 7771 20th St., NW at (320) 963-5500, Southbrook Golf and Country Club, a private golf course located at 511 Morrison at (320) 274-2341 and Whispering Pines Golf Course a public golf course located at ¼ Mile N. of Highway 55 at (320) 274-8721. Albion Ridge Golf Course is an 18 hole golf course, rated four stars by Golf Digest and is very affordable, at about $20 for 18 holes. Call now to book your tee-time!
